Experienced Data Entry Clerk / Specialist – Remote (P-T & F-T) Day & Night Shift in Philadelphia, PA

Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk / Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database systems that meet the needs of our end-users. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the availability and quality of our databases, while also protecting them from unauthorized access and attacks. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies for protecting and enhancing our database systems. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing database systems that meet the needs of our end-users
• Ensuring the availability and quality of our databases, while also protecting them from unauthorized access and attacks
• Defining end-users and ensuring that data is accessible in the right format, to the right users at the proper time
• Responding quickly to errors reported by users and taking prompt action to resolve issues
• Providing support and training to users for proactively managing data
• Analyzing performance by performing tests and reporting on metrics
• Developing new ways to protect and improve our database systems as needed

Job Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and soft skills. Here are some of the key skills and qualifications we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a related field
• Complete knowledge of data recovery, backup, and security
• Familiarity with database designing and manipulation languages, such as MySQL and Oracle
• Working experience with database administration tools and other third-party tools
• Good problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization skills and a reliable personality
