Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, accurate information, and a positive patient experience. This is a part-time remote work opportunity, with the option to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain positive patient relations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations
  • Answer and document all telephone inquiries, providing accurate and concise information
  • Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed
  • Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
  • Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
  • Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

* Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply
