Key Responsibilities
As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Schedule and Flexibility
We understand that flexibility is essential for our contractors, and we offer a range of schedule options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime. While we can't guarantee a specific schedule, we strive to provide a balance between work and personal life.
Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring that you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app
Work Environment Requirements
To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and arenaflex will not be responsible for providing benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

We're unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
