Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and other communication channels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a positive brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter

• Provide timely and effective support through phone calls, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information
• Process payments securely and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality
• Proactively support customers, identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes, share best practices, and maintain high service quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights for process improvements and business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
• B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills
• Mandarin language proficiency is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically
• Excellent typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food ordering app industry or a related field

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate priority issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders

Technical Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems, with a willingness to develop new skills
