Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our administrative and payroll functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing inbound receiving data accurately and timely, ensuring a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- Providing clerical support and payroll assistance, including inputting and validating producer payroll data.
- Supporting daily entry of receiving data into our database, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
- Reconciling physical receipt of tickets against the database, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Analyzing reports to identify missing tickets, taking proactive steps to resolve the issue.
- Saving electronic tickets to specified folders, maintaining a well-organized and efficient digital filing system.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure timely and accurate data entry, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data management.
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and 10-key typing, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with colleagues and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
