Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service

- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate support

- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher

- Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills
