Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Local Success Coach, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing guidance and support to families throughout the matching process
• Clearly communicating program regulations, policies, and expectations to Host Families and Au Pairs
• Conducting in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure families comprehend program requirements for hosting an Au Pair
• Facilitating orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival
• Maintaining consistent communication through monthly phone calls and in-person meetings with families and Au Pairs
• Organizing and promoting cultural events in the local area for Au Pairs
• Collaborating with headquarters staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs
• Building and maintaining personal relationships with families and Au Pairs, ensuring high-quality communication
• Aiding in crisis and conflict situations with professionalism and expediency
• Assisting families and Au Pairs in conflict resolution and issue management

Qualifications

As a successful Local Success Coach, you'll be self-motivated, possess a sales-driven mindset, and demonstrate professionalism along with strong interpersonal and counseling skills. While specific educational credentials are not mandated, an affinity for cultural exchange and child care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Your remuneration is tiered based on the total number of families you actively support. The estimated annual compensation is as follows:

• For 3 active families: Approximately 1.4 hours per week, totaling around $4,500 per year
• For 11 active families: Approximately 3.0 hours per week, totaling around $9,300 per year

As an independent contractor, you'll receive monthly payments for deliverables submitted from the previous month, with an hourly equivalent of approximately $60, subject to fluctuations based on client dynamics throughout the year.

Employment Type

This is a part-time remote position, requiring approximately 1.4-3 hours of work per week.
