Role Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Nuuly team as a Customer Success Associate. In this part-time, remote role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support and guidance to help customers navigate our platform and achieve their fashion goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be expected to:
- Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
- Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
