Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting thorough studies and analysis of records to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
  • Resolving issues and correcting errors in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Managing shared mailboxes and work queues, addressing problems from various regions within the company
  • Discovering and resolving mistakes from numerous reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring records
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create effective solutions and resolve issues
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform tasks and analyze data

Essential Qualifications
