Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing them with an unparalleled level of service and support. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients in a favorable and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive
• Utilize your exceptional communication skills to turn conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
• Work independently in a remote setting, maintaining a quiet and dedicated workspace that is free from distractions
• Attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, to ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role
• Meet and exceed performance metrics, including typing speed and conversation quality, to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional level of service

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Reside within the state of Kansas, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions
• Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum system requirements of 8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
• Gaming experience is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to think creatively and work in fast-paced environments
