Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with healthcare facilities to retrieve medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or by scheduling a visit at the provider location
- Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines and deliver exceptional customer service
- Complete additional tasks as required to support the division and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of call center experience within the healthcare/medical field is highly desirable
- Strong ability to handle a fast-paced training program and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Ability to type 40 words per minute (WPM) and navigate multiple computer applications with ease
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, but not essential
- Must have your own work equipment, including a PC/Laptop, mouse, and headset, to work 100% remotely
- Computer savvy, with familiarity with Google Chrome and the ability to maneuver through multiple tabs and applications
