Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls and answer questions from members about their health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA regulations
