Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
  • Maintaining Store Operations: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
  • Providing Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
  • Assisting with Web Pick-up: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Maintaining Store Appearance: Ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance by assisting with exterior and interior maintenance.

Essential Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail or customer-facing environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

* Retail Experience: Experience in a retail environment, with knowledge of store systems and equipment.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Training and Development: Ability to attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
