Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our user-friendly software. You will work closely with customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order. You will have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system. Each lead that you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with the customers via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software

  • Respond to customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
  • Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with the customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to improve your sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Utilize our Facebook Group and mentorship program to stay connected with our team and receive support and guidance

Essential Qualifications

* No prior sales experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales is essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including software and online platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset

  • Familiarity with shipping containers or the logistics industry is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising principles is an asset
