Key Responsibilities

As an experienced virtual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

Guest Relations

* Providing exceptional customer service to our guests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and their experiences are memorable

  • Leveraging AI-powered tools, such as Guesty and HostAI, to streamline guest messaging and enhance the overall guest experience
  • Utilizing ChatGPT to create personalized and engaging guest communications that resonate with our brand and values
  • Screening potential guests and providing support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to guest inquiries and escalating issues to management via Slack
  • Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional service and support

Company Tasks

* Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and our guests are safe

  • Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, minimizing financial losses and ensuring that our business is protected
  • Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor, optimizing our operations and reducing costs
  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems, ensuring that our financials are accurate and up-to-date
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management, building strong relationships with our partners and suppliers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field

  • Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization
  • Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep familiarity with ChatGPT
  • Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Ability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and guest relations

  • Knowledge of business financials/accounting, with experience in accounting systems and financial reporting
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations, with a focus on building strong relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Certification in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
