Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in maintaining arenaflex's reputation for excellent customer service. You'll greet passengers, assist with check-in processes, handle luggage inquiries, and navigate passenger concerns with professionalism and empathy. You'll be trained to use our advanced booking and check-in systems to help passengers effectively, ensuring their travel experience is as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers with check-in and ticket inquiries

  • Process luggage and ensure proper handling
