Experienced Project Management Professional – Remote Customer Service Operations

The Role
As a Project Management Professional, you'll be responsible for leading the project management of high-impact projects across the RES division. This will involve:
- Leading the project management of high-impact projects, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion
- Creating and maintaining project artifacts, including project plans, project contracts, hazard and issue logs, and dashboards
- Managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies and processes to ensure seamless information sharing and collaboration
- Supporting the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional teams
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to lead and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports and presentations for senior leaders
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
What Will Give You an Edge
While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles
- Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software
- Ability to work in a high-profile environment with fluid needs, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines
