Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities and Operations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions, driving process improvements, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance our operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes and process improvements
- Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business operations role
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes and process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
