As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, working closely with valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide elite service. Your expertise will be essential in managing transactions, resolving order-related queries, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.

Your Journey as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Associate, you will embark on a rewarding journey, progressing through key milestones in the first 30, 90, and 180 days of your tenure.

30 Days: Setting the Foundation

* Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and the critical skills required to excel in this role.

  • Learn about ticket marketplaces, their intricacies, and how you will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Develop industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find innovative solutions.

60 Days: Building Expertise

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, extending beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Navigate the order queue, prioritize tasks, and provide real-time assistance to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

90 Days: Advancing Your Career

* Play an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.

  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's systems, processes, and tools to provide seamless support to our customers and sellers.

Work Environment and Culture at arenaflex

* Office Location: Coppell, TX

  • Hybrid model, with 3 days in office and 2 days at home
  • Work Schedule: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or Wednesday/Thursday off
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning

Compensation and Benefits

* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility

  • Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity grant
