Job Summary

As a Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service, and driving results in a high-volume environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our values of punctuality, reliability, integrity, and dedication to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service

  • Assist agents with technology, professional communication, and career development
  • Build rapport within your team and uphold service level metrics
  • Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
  • Embody arenaflex's values of integrity, customer-centricity, and innovation
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive results and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and operations

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with technology and software applications (e.g. CRM, chat platforms)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a contact center or customer service environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
