Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and online chats. You'll be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls, emails, and online chats from members, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns

  • Resolve issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Provide guidance and support to members on our products and services, including benefits, claims, and billing
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as claims and billing, to resolve issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service changes, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a remote or virtual environment
