Key Responsibilities

As an Instagram Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for managing direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings. Your primary objective will be to respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions. Your responses will be timely, accurate, and engaging, helping to enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through the Instagram app.

What You Will Achieve

* Provide exceptional customer support through timely and accurate responses to direct messages on Instagram

  • Enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through effective communication and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with online retailers to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses
