Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, effectively, and with a positive attitude. You will utilize our systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply your sales skills to upgrade and position our products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer interactions
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and position our products and services to our customers
  • Explain and position our products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to help them make informed decisions
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with our managerial team, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in a call center or contact center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and account management
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
