Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering work orders into our computer system, contacting accounts with delivery conflicts, and organizing work throughout our lab. You will also be responsible for verifying the content of outgoing orders, assisting with shipping and receiving, and providing excellent customer service. This is an entry-level opportunity, and we offer paid, hands-on training to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter work orders into computer for scheduling purposes based on direction from the dental office for each case
• Contact accounts with any delivery conflicts
• Organize work throughout lab and deliver to departments
• Verify the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket, and other applicable notes
• Assist with FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Answer the telephone and provide customer service when needed
• Assist with nightly cleanup of area as required
• All other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also have basic functional computer skills, including knowledge of printers, faxes, postage machines, and credit card processing machines. Excellent verbal communication skills are also required, as you will be working with all levels of staff.
