Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely manner, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with account management, including resolving issues and providing product information and recommendations
- Document customer interactions in our system to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Meet performance goals and targets, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
