Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with booking, ticketing, and resolving travel-related inquiries, as well as handling changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in customer service platforms and technology, including CRM systems and travel industry software.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively, prioritizing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.
