Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize data pipelines that drive business insights and decision-making. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will work closely with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines. Your expertise in cloud-based technologies, data warehousing, and data lakes will enable us to unlock new business opportunities and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based storage systems.
- Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business insights and decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing data validation, data cleansing, and data encryption techniques.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and data lakes.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Scala.
- Strong understanding of data integration technologies, including ETL, ELT, and data virtualization.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with data science tools, such as R, Python, or Julia.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Experience with data governance and data quality tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter or Talend.
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
