Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.

Contract Length and Rate

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely.
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours (typically 10 PM – 6 AM EST).
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential for this role.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Hours and Location

* Flexible scheduling, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule.

  • Fully remote position, open to candidates across the globe with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred.

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
