Job Summary
We're looking for experienced Live Chat Support Agents to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries in a timely, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat
- Resolving product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team
- Updating customer information and ensuring all changes are recorded correctly
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Following communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat tools
- Ability to work independently and remain productive
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to meet specific and often tight deadlines
