Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist in our Live Chat Support team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and managing customer information into our systems, working closely with our customer service and technical support teams to ensure data integrity and aid in resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently. This role requires a blend of independence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
