  • Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Utilizing knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Respond to live chat inquiries within a designated time frame (e.g., 5 minutes).

  • Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed quality metrics, including accuracy and completeness of responses.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with:
