About the Role: Social Media Sales Representative

As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our client success team, focusing on initiating authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary objective will be to work closely with our teams to sell coaching programs on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a renowned Business Coach, by speaking as them on their social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Starting new conversations with potential clients (approximately 2 hours daily)
  • Following up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales (approximately 2 hours daily)
  • Organic account growth through strategic engagement and content creation (approximately 2 hours daily)
  • Replying to active leads, addressing queries, and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes daily)
  • Management and daily communication tasks, including team collaboration and progress updates (approximately 30 minutes daily)

Essential Qualifications:

To excel as a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you should possess:

  • Advanced or Native (C1-C2) level English proficiency
  • A strong desire to earn a stable income in USD
  • A fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone
  • A stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends)
  • Residency in any Latin American country or Brazil
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
  • Confidence in your English skills and a passion for sales, learning, and growth

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are highly valued:

  • Previous experience working from home or in remote sales environments
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Average performance level: $600-$1,200 per month
  • Good performance level: $1,200-$2,000 per month
  • Excellent performance level: $2,000-$3,000+ per month
  • No limit on commissions, allowing you to earn according to your potential
