About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Pay department (Online Payments) team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide day-to-day support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible payment solution performance. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential in driving business growth and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administratively onboard new clients, dealing with orders, and providing 1st line support on a daily basis
  • Support a portfolio of customers across a range of different branches, registering, prioritizing, delegating, and solving technical issues
  • Proactively share customer feedback for further development of the platform, providing solutions to customer complaints/issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a daily "helicopter view" to identify onboarding needs that require attention or actions
  • Document all client information thoroughly in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent professional command of both English and Dutch languages
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, partners, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications
