Job Overview

As a Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for presenting a professional and friendly image to our clients, stores, and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of obligatory training
  • Customer support experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
