Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing data enrichment tasks as per the training provided by the client, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Performing credentialing-related duties, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
- Liaising with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure status updates and verifications.
- Maintaining the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
- Validating information sourced from third-party entities by utilizing online databases for cross-referencing.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
