Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing large-scale, high-layered data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help us develop and refine our content portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-layered data to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Anticipate content engagement to inform securing decisions and optimize content delivery
• Develop and refine our content launch and episode release methodology
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience working with large-scale data sets and high-performance computing environments
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
