Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home (with the option to work on-site at our training facility) and provide exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, resolving issues, and facilitating treatment plans. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Make phone calls to members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Facilitate treatment plans, providing necessary solutions to members and their healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
