Job Summary

We're looking for a part-time Customer & Technical Support Representative to join our team in Phoenixville, PA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer & Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box and other arenaflex products
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose problems and walk customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve issues
  • Provide quick and thorough assistance with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role
  • 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting and technical support
  • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
  • Ability to work efficiently from home with a secure, password-protected Wi-Fi connection
  • Separate childcare arrangements for babies and/or toddlers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Data entry skills with speed and accuracy, while navigating different types of software
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth and development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with customers in a remote or home-based setting

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Previous experience working with customers in a technical support role
  • Certification in customer service or technical support

Compensation and Benefits
