The GM&NS Pricing Group

Our Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group is responsible for revenue growth from the discount business, one of arenaflex's largest revenue sources. The team works closely with various business partners to determine the best rates that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex while improving service and merchant satisfaction. As a data entry specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and profit growth through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions.

Job Responsibilities

As a part-time data entry specialist in our GM&NS Pricing Group, your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change
• Designing and developing processes across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities
• Supporting external audits, including investigating issues discovered, communicating with local value teams, and managing vendor relationships to discuss and resolve issues
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least two years of experience in financial assistance or business payments and/or other finance-related roles
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration)
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others in situations where they may have different goals
• A strong work ethic, with a passion for winning and a focus on excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Creative thinking skills, with the ability to question the rules of operation and develop new ways to address old challenges
• Strong project management skills, with full ownership from analysis to implementation
• A dedicated customer focus, with a willingness to understand and resolve customer needs and problems
• The ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL)

• Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
