Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information about arenaflex products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions in detail
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and inquiries

Educational Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory

Experience:
