Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting complex issues and escalating them to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Documenting interactions and updating customer records in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
