Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
• Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
• Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
• Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
• Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
• Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal team members.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in high-stress situations.
