Qualifications

To succeed as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business, with a willingness to learn and grow

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To perform your role effectively, you'll need:

  • A stand-alone monitor (19 inches)
  • A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • An internet speed of 5.0 Mbps down/5.0 Mbps up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A dedicated home office that is noise- and distraction-free, with a desk and ergonomic chair
