Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential and business customers. You'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and make decisions to meet customer needs
  • Utilize computer skills to navigate our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other software applications
  • Communicate professionally with customers, both written and orally
  • Handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browser, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information
  • A work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience in a call center environment

  • Good conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate customer issues
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of broadband and telecommunications services

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
