Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in contact or call center environments (entry-level and experienced positions available)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach
