Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Support, you'll be the first point of contact for our community, providing exceptional live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues from students, parents, and staff.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers in a virtual environment.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues swiftly.
  • Assisting in developing knowledge base articles and resources to improve customer self-service options.
  • Identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall support process.
  • Other related duties as assigned to improve customer support and engagement.

Requirements
