Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and has a strong background in communication, problem-solving, and customer service. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.

Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and achieve the best possible resolution.

  • Provide an optimum level of service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
  • Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, ensuring that they receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support services.

Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native speaker)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (communications skills)
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help, with a strong ability to resolve customer issues.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Team player with a strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Computer Proficiency

* Proficient in Windows and MS Office, with a strong ability to learn new technologies and software applications.

  • Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home.
