Your role as a Customer Service Representative
As the face of arenaflex, you'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You'll interact with domestic and international clients in our lobbies and at gates, providing expert support with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. Your goal is to deliver a pleasant, professional, and insightful experience that exceeds customer expectations and builds loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers: Provide exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a kind and beneficial manner.
- Anticipating customer needs: Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Maintaining a safety mentality: Prioritize customer and colleague safety, adhering to the highest standards of responsibility and accountability.
- Navigating challenges: Remain composed and adaptable, handling issues with poise and professionalism.
- Collaborating with colleagues: Work collaboratively with others, assisting your team and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old
- Technical skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage
- Airport requirements: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Work authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Attendance and appearance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
