Job Summary
As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, working remotely to provide exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers
- Open and submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved or requires coordinated call with customer)
- Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates
- Maintain organization and focus to close out tickets quickly and efficiently
Essential Qualifications
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
- Ability to work comfortably on a computer all day, with minimal distractions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
