Job Summary

As a Live Chat Remote Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided, so don't worry if you have no prior experience in live chat support.

Key Responsibilities
